Shipping Policy

All orders received before 3:00pm pacific standard time will be shipped out the same day via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Orders received on weekends will be ship out on the next business day. International orders will be ship via FEDEX or USPS.   UPS or Fedex shipments can only be made to physical addresses only. P.O. Box addresses will be sent via USPS.  All shipments will originate from our Los Angeles facility and may take up to 2 to 5 business days for delivery depending on location.  Note:  On all international orders, there could be additional duty charges depending on the country.  Customers are responsible for all additional shipping charges.  Please check with your local commerce department before ordering.

Standard Shipments - USPS, UPS, or FEDEX - $8.99

Standard Shipments - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & US Protectorates – USPS - $17.99

2nd Day Shipments  - FEDEX or UPS - $19.99

Next Day Shipments – FEDEX or USPS Express Mail - $28.99

International Shipments – Fedex or USPS  - $36.99

Please Note:  Duty Charges are not included with International Shipments

Lost Shipments

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, UPS, FEDEX, or USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Justcalculators.com to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located, UPS, FEDEX, or USPS will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Justcalculators.com and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Justcalculators.com will gladly refund your original payment.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

·         Before Dec 16, 2009 -  Standard Shipping is ok

·         After Dec 16, 2009 – Fedex 2^nd Day

Note:  Depending on your location, you can refer to the color coded map above.  Just a reminder, FEDEX or UPS do not operate on Saturday or Sundays.
