Return Policy / Warranty Information

• Watches or calculators may be return for a refund less the shipping cost within 14 days after receiving it.
• All watches must be brand new, not worn, or altered and in original condition and will be inspected upon receiving.
• Calculators must be be return in the original unopened packaging.
• Calculators can not be return if opened.
• Email jcalculators@yahoo.com for an RA number and address.
• Please send watch or calculator along with a copy of the packing list and all of its original content to the address given
• Watches or calculators return after the 14 day period is subject to a 10% restocking charge.
• If the watch is worn and and is defective, you may follow the instructions in the warranty booklet or return to us with a note saying what the problem is and our trained technicians will repair it.
• On items return with free shipping, $4.99 will deducted from the original amount.
