A benefit of buying through these alternative channels is that we are able to offer you a highly competitive price, though the manufacturer's warranty on these watches may not be valid. In the case that the manufacturer's warranty is not valid, Justcalculators offers a one-year limited watch warranty to cover your watch. Unlike other internet watch companies, instead of sending watches to a third party for repair, we have a on site watch technician which can dramatically speed up the process.
The Justcalculators One-Year Limited Watch Warranty will cover the watch in the event that it stops moving due to a defect in the watch's movement mechanisms. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the product, damages resulting from wear to the watch case, breakage of the crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, water exposure, or any other physical damage to the watch. Basically our warranty only covers the watch movement and manufacturer's defect but we will do what we can to fix the watch.
Most of the watches that we carry comes in the original box with manufacturer's warranty except for some international Seiko and Orient models that are sold overseas come with Justcaculators One-Year Limited Warranty and premium gift box.
