"obssessive decorator"
The watch came on time. It was not defective. The diamonds that were supposed to be the special emmpahsis were basically non existent visually, but I have a good watch at a good price, but do not buy it for the diamonds. you cannot see them.

I got this watch as a christmas gift for my mom. She loved it. It is casual or dressy watch. Nice quality, pretty watch. I agree with the other poster - don't but this watch for the miniscule diamonds on it. They are diamond dust at best viewed only under a microscope. But this watch for seiko quality, a good, nice watch at a very good price.

I was so please with Amazon and the way they handles a problem with the first watch I ordered through Amazon.
As I have found in the past Amazon knows how to handle customer issues and resolve problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
My wife loves the watch. It was a birthday gift and it made my day to make hers!

I received the watch to give as a Christmas present for my wife. It arrived and was in the factory packaging. Upon opening the present on Christmas we discovered that it was not running. We contacted the seller through Amazon and they responded quickly and suggested that the battery might be dead. They offered to let us send the watch back for credit, but we chose to take to a Jeweler to replace the battery.
That solved the problem and my wife loves her new watch.
