I purchased this watch and the pin holding the case and band together literally fell to pieces within 3 months of normal, even somewhat gentle, wear. The watch claims to have a warranty of 3 years against manufacturing defects and when I contacted the company initially they told me that part was not under warranty and they would send me a replacement pin at no cost to repair myself. I didn't like it, but I took it. Less than 2 weeks later, it broke again, this time, more like shattered. The company keeps telling me they will fix the band as a courtesy even though they don't consider it under warranty. When I sent it to them, they then turned around and claimed damage to the case that wasn't there when I sent it and wants $69 to repair it. I'm currently arguing with them to either refund, exchange or repair it per their warranty. This company stinks to do business with. Too bad, it was pretty sitting in the box.

I ordered this watch in 2009 for my 23 year old daughter. It arrived on time and I couldn't wait to give it to her. She has had it for over a year now and it is her favorite watch. She wears it all the time. It is really unique and looks much better than the pictures. She loves it and I am considering buying one for myself.

I just bought this watch....unfortunately not at Amazon, but at TJ Maxx for $30 more. That will teach me to always check Amazon first.
This is a beautifully made watch. I especially like the fact that it has a sapphire crystal, which is all I ever buy because they never scratch.
Also, as is not clear from the description or any of the reviews, this is a self-winding watch that never needs batteries. This is a plus for me, although I suppose if you didn't wear it for a while, you might need to re-set the time.
Grab this at the low Amazon price...quite a good deal for a high-end watch.

I started looking for a new watch for my wife with one goal: find a good quality durable all-white watch that could be worn every day. She had previously had a cheap white plastic watch (came with a Cleo magazine) which she wore for a while and gained her many positive comments. However, that watch quickly faded to a horrible grey, then broke.
I went to a shopping centre in Adelaide Australia and looked in 6 different jewelry and department stores. Several shops had white plastic watches but looked no better than the old watch my wife had, and most were too big. Other better quality white watches had bands of white rubber but nearly all had too much bling (fake diamonds). Only one watch, a Citizen, was shown to me that was white ceramic, good quality, and looked okay. However, it was $1000!
Online then seemed to be the way, and I eventually narrowed down my watch search to 4 criteria: white ceramic, swiss movement, small face, no bling. I looked at Tag Heuer copies and similar, but most were over $300 and did not seem to look quite right - still too much bling. I then discovered Oniss brand watches and found what I was looking for. Oniss has a very large range so it was difficult to choose this one, but when it arrived (3 days from the US!) I knew I had made the right choice.
My wife loves the watch. As she has tanned skin and dark hair and eyes, the white contrasts beautifully on her wrist, particularly when she is wearing white summer clothes. While obviously slightly heavier than her old plastic watch, the Oniss is comfortable to wear all day. The watch face is a subtle mother of pearl and sets the watch apart from other plain white face watches. While she has only worn the watch for 3 weeks, it has no marks or scratches. If worn regularly the band will obviously need cleaning, which is simple with a cotton bud.
Note there are two different sized versions of this watch that look the same in photos. The smaller one (my one) is the ON833-L and the larger one is the ON833-M. This seems a little strange as I thought L would mean large and M would mean medium, but I guess there is another reason. Note that even the smaller model is not a small watch, but looks perfect on my wife who is about 5'7" and about 75kg.
Very happy with purchase and so is she. The watch feels and looks very good quality.

the clasp keep coming undone. I am always worried about loosing it.
