i'm a woman and bought this for myself because i'm large-boned and i like the chunky look, but it was just too big. the watch face took up the whole back of my wrist. this is a beautiful piece, even nicer than i thought it would be, and very heavy. gave it to my brother for his birthday--not sure how a guy would feel about the white color, but he absolutely loved it! (i know he did, i can tell when he's just being nice.)

This looks bigger and better in person than it does online. It is much heavier than I expected also. It has some nice luxury features that are not mentioned in the description, like a screw-in crown. Just be careful not to hit it on anything because ceramic is brittle in a way that steel is not.
