If this watch catches your eye, buy it. I wanted a wide band watch, but this monster looked nutty when I first saw it, but I kept coming back to it. I looked at hundreds of large, over-sized, wide-band type watches from Diesel and others and nothing stood out to me like this one. The style reminds me of the old Rolleiflex cameras. Retro-tech, I guess.
The construction is really solid and the animated "radar/sonar" sweeping second hand (4 seconds per revolution) just adds so much to an already sweet wrist piece. Check the YouTube videos to see it in motion. The real leather band is nice and solid as well. It is large and pretty heavy for a watch, but not uncomfortable, and I don't have huge arms or wrists. At work I take it off and prop it up with the wrist band and use it as a clock!

i bought this watch because i felt it would match my admirals hat. well once i bought this watch i was incredibly happy with myself and could not wait for it to arrive. when i received my watch i was impressed. i have no complaints about it, except maybe one. this watch is too cool for me. since i started wearing my watch i have been laid upwards of five times a week, once by japanese twins. be warned once you put on this watch (which was clearly crafted by the gods) you will get laid, and hard, by everyone.

very nice seller,very nice watch. Actually when I saw this watch, I thought it's a little strange. It's big, heavy, and cool. The reason why I bought is the "sonar". It's an awesome design!!! The shape is great when you put it on. It's not like a watch in your wrist, it's like a barcer!!! If you want to be outstanding and cool, try it.

I'm 6'8'' and I was looking for a big ass watch. This did the trick.
Only problem I have is with the seller, TERRIBLE service. The box was all dusty on the inside and out. The watch itself was very dusty. And the worst part about it, there was a crack under the glass of the bottom left dial. Do they not inspect their watches before sending them out?
Especially one that is this pricey.
And it looks like they bumped up the price on this one.
Buyer beware.

Just received my Diesel and it's better in person than the photos. It's a little hard to judge some watches depending on your frame of reference. I really like Invicta watches, so I'm used to big heavy watches. Is this watch big? Maybe, I would use the term oversized. Is it heavy? Not really, but it does have some weight to it.
The thing that attracted me to this watch was the "vintage" look it has. I don't generally like leather bands on my watches, but this one is great because of the width it has and the fact that the face has inset leather look between the dials, a really nice touch. The leather band really fits the style of this watch. The sweeping radar is a nice touch and adds to the interesting factor. This is a great watch for the price. Best thing is how unique it is. I've never seen a watch like this, which was it's biggest selling point for me. I will happily add this to the collection and rotation of my other time pieces.
