If this watch catches your eye, buy it. I wanted a wide band watch, but this monster looked nutty when I first saw it, but I kept coming back to it. I looked at hundreds of large, over-sized, wide-band type watches from Diesel and others and nothing stood out to me like this one. The style reminds me of the old Rolleiflex cameras. Retro-tech, I guess.
The construction is really solid and the animated "radar/sonar" sweeping second hand (4 seconds per revolution) just adds so much to an already sweet wrist piece. Check the YouTube videos to see it in motion. The real leather band is nice and solid as well. It is large and pretty heavy for a watch, but not uncomfortable, and I don't have huge arms or wrists. At work I take it off and prop it up with the wrist band and use it as a clock!

i bought this watch because i felt it would match my admirals hat. well once i bought this watch i was incredibly happy with myself and could not wait for it to arrive. when i received my watch i was impressed. i have no complaints about it, except maybe one. this watch is too cool for me. since i started wearing my watch i have been laid upwards of five times a week, once by japanese twins. be warned once you put on this watch (which was clearly crafted by the gods) you will get laid, and hard, by everyone.

very nice seller,very nice watch. Actually when I saw this watch, I thought it's a little strange. It's big, heavy, and cool. The reason why I bought is the "sonar". It's an awesome design!!! The shape is great when you put it on. It's not like a watch in your wrist, it's like a barcer!!! If you want to be outstanding and cool, try it.

Ok look I bought this watch cheap for all its worth and to be honest my first day wearing it i was complimented three times. It was like the watch was the life of the party. Its a mans watch I will tell you that. I am 6'4 309lbs and it fits my massive wrist like a glove. I am telling you if you have a small hand do not buy, because it is overwhelmingly massive. A mans watch! Enough said!

picture intrigued me. When I received the watch, I was less impressed with the appearance. Very bulky, which isn't always bad IMHO, but this one lacked style. I've got other Diesel watches which I love.
