Baby-G Slim MarineApr 18, 2009
By Ray L. Doake I've been wearing G-Shocks since 1982. I've never had one let me down. The biggest problem I've had is having to get the battery changed or having them so long that the case rots off, but that can be replaced as well. I currently have two. One is Tough Solar and the other is Atomic Solar. I ordered this Baby-G for my girlfriend's birthday and she loves it. There are only a couple of Baby-G models that are Atomic or Solar and they're pretty much black or white. Since she didn't like those colors, she picked this battery operated model. As soon as other Solar Atomic Baby-G models become available, I would prefer to get her something that doesn't require a battery change. Other than that, I'm sure this one won't let her down, and it has all the same great features as my G-Shocks in a much smaller, slimmer package.

Great watch for momsSep 03, 2009
By M. Jacobs
"UM Fan"
I purchased the Casio Baby G because I have three kids under the age of five and I was tired of losing track of time during playdates, overstaying, and paying the price through melt-downs. I had looked at several Casio watches for women, but decided on this grey one b/c it has FIVE alarms.
I love this watch. The watch displays the day, date, hour, minute, and second on the main face. Not only does it have the five alarms, it also has a mode where I can have it beep every hour on the hour. (This function can also be turned off.) It has a 3 second light up, that's great for the nights when I'm stuck in my baby's room trying to get her to sleep. It has different time zones, so once you set the watch, if your travel has you cross timezones, you merely select the proper time zone and it switches for you, without having to reset the time. You also have the option of turning daylight savings time on and off.
The watch is waterproof and I swim with it regularly. It also has a stop watch function, which I use daily for keeping track of how many minutes I've exercised. It also has a count down function that ends in an alarm. I use that for time outs and when I am cooking.
I am a very petite person with very slim wrists (5.5 inches around my wrist). I did not feel that the watch was too heavy or that it looked crazy big on me. It has a sporty look to it, which I like for everyday. Not a dinner party, dress up watch, but hopefully then, the kids will be with the sitter so I won't need the five alarms anyway. :)

Lasts Forever!Mar 23, 2009
By Sunshine I have this watch in the red color. I've had it for awhile and I love it! The watch does not stick out as much as the other Baby-G ones. This one is flat and feels comfortable. The strap on my watch is shorter than the normal length and fits great!! I wear this watch every day and it's worth the price! My 12-year old daughter also has one in the shiny black and she just loves it! Thanks, Casio for making products that can keep up with us active people!

"Petite wrist"
If you have a small womens wrist this is the perfect watch for you!I have never worn a digital watch before this purchase, and love this watch. It is so light that you forget you have a watch on your wrist!I work in the medical field on the third shift and found the digital read out was very bold. It was a pleasure to use, would purchase again.I've always wanted a casio baby g watch but felt they were to big for a small wrist, this watch is perfect!Amazon also had a great price as usual, very competitve which clinched the sale, thanks Amazon!

Improvement over my last TimexMay 19, 2009
By J. Hilliard My Timex band fell apart, and the words on the face wore off, so I was looking for a new one. The band is harder, the features are great, and I am very pleased overall with this one so far! I've had it underwater with no problems. The colors are great, but not overwhelming. The only small complaint I have is that it is a little bigger than my last watch. I would like it to be slightly smaller, but again, love the features.
