When I first saw Adee Kaye products a few years back, my first thoughts were, "Great - another Chinese boutique watch", and, "Nice styling, but I don't want another quartz watch". Lately, however, Adee Kaye has been steadily tearing down those preconceptions with quality, attractive products that fit a working man's budget.
I love timepieces - but Fortis, Bell & Ross, IWC, Breitling, etc. are out of my financial realm. I cannot wear anything more expensive than my car... 'nuff said.
I saw the quartz version of this watch and did a little looking around - and finally found the automatic version. Surprise! Japanese (Miyota) 21-jewel automatic movement with hand-winding option - SOLD!!
My 55 year-old eyes have no problem seeing the time or making out the date, and I've gotten nothing but positive comments from total strangers - even those who say they don't like "HUGE" watches. I only wish they would make a GMT version of this, and to make it a "true" sport watch - a rotating dive bezel or 24-hour bezel. This would be the icing on one awesome slice of cake!

I have now owned this unit for a week and a couple days and one thing whic i should absolutely have seen when i put the watch on for the first time was its level of discomfort when the crown jams into the top of your hand on any backward motions of the wrist. I guess i was enamoured by its masculine beauty and muscle car look. the watch is absolutely huge and that is not a negative thing when it refers to its appearance. the only other negative point about the watch, mabye i got a defective one, is the fact that the self winding mechanism seems to last no more than 3 or 4 hours when the watch is not being worn, which means that you will need to set the time and date each and every time you wear the watch, which becomes quite cumbersome after 3 or 4 days...I will be exchanging this one to see if this one was actually defective.
